Ballyhoo bait fish are delicious fish, fat belly, when cooked to eat delicious aroma. This fish can be processed into many attractive dishes, such as fish paste pepper, fish paste plum, incense, fish paste ...
As with many other fish, ballyhoo bait fish provide a lot of nutrients for the body and good for brain development in young children. Ballyhoo bait fish are rich in minerals, vitamins and proteins. Protein in fish meat is easy to absorb, good for human health especially good digestion and cardiovascular. Fish also contain lots of essential vitamins like vitamin A, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, and iodine ... which are good for the body.
The ballyhoo bait fish is about 10-20cm long. Eyes and scales are larger than the proportion of fish, elongated fish, silver-green, long teeth with pointed teeth. The upper body is darker blue while the lower abdomen and the abdomen are light colored.

Ballyhoo bait fish or scientific name is Hemiramphidae. It is a family of fish in the Stingray Fish Family, a fairly large family of fish, living in warm waters around the world. Fish pliers are one of the foods rich in nutrients are popular.

Making:
Step 1: After the initial processing, the fish pound a little ginger, mixed with white wine extracted juice and then fish to marinate about 15ph to remove the fish. Dry your fish and do not rinse with water again.

Step 5: Put the fish in the oven, bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 30-40 hours (until dry)
If you have no oven, you can completely grill fish on the gas stove is also good.
